Pro New Years Tip

This time of year people are always talking about their goals and doing things to improve themselves...to be "better". My question to you is, does your desire to be better initiate from a place of self-judgement or are you embarking on this journey out of love of yourself?

There is a difference.

Change that is driven by self-judgement about who you are currently, will beget further self judgment and so on until you have given up, and are metaphorically buried in the sludge of your own discontent.

Looking to the future with a lens focused on loving yourself is going to change the way you look at accomplishing your goals. If you miss a day of working out, or you don't get the THING done, when you are focused more on loving yourself you will more easily find compassion & forgiveness for the misstep and try again tomorrow.

If you need a little help keeping a lens of self love and non-judgement to get where you want to go, I am a coach that is here to keep you on track. Email me, and let's see where you'll be by this time next year jennifer@dailychoices.life.
