What’s Possible?
So many of our Daily Choices are made without us being aware that we have a choice at all, because old messages and mental reels convince us otherwise.
Work and life overwhelm often close our view of what is possible. We are so mired in rushing from place to place that we can't see anything but the next uncompleted task. It can feel like a jail, and if you feel like that all the time you will project that forbidding energy out to everyone around you.
A coach's job (my job) is to ask questions about the way you view the world, so you open that focus to see clearly. I get curious about what you want to be doing, what is most important to you, and what old beliefs and fears are keeping you away from what YOU hold dear.
I look at this door on the right and it inspires me, it pushes my boundaries and makes me question why I never realized I could paint a door this vibrantly. It never occurred to me. Yet at the time I saw it, I wished I could walk through and meet the person on the other side because their mind never considered they couldn't.
So check the focus of your lens. What is it seeing or not seeing? How would your life be different if you could choose another way? There is an assessment tool offered through #iPEC that I am qualified to administer that helps you see just that, where your focus lies, and it provides insights on what's possible.
